Shipping Information:
Are you local, within 30 miles of Mattapoisett? If so, call for USPS or pick-up options. We will ship all in-stock merchandise within in 2-3 business days of receipt of your order. If items are out of stock, they will ship in 2-3 weeks unless noted. Standard UPS shipping rates apply, see below. If you need overnight/express or international shipping, please contact us for rates. Over sized items may be charged an additional shipping fee.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We strive to provide our customers with 100% satisfaction with all of our products. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the order and we will provide a full refund, you only pay the return shipping fees. If the item has been used, altered or damaged in any way, we will be unable to accept the return. We hope you can understand this and we ask that you please re-package your items with care.
Damages We package all of our products with extra care. Should you find any damages upon receiving your products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange for the merchandise to be picked up and replaced. Custom Orders Custom and special orders do require additional production time. We will notify you of an estimated ship date, typically 2-3 weeks. All custom and special orders must be paid for at the time of purchase and are non-refundable.
Payments and Privacy We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped, unless it is custom. You can rest assured that your information is absolutely secure and backed by our promise and the security of a Yahoo business on-line store.
